Julie Nantel, PhD
Biography
Professor at the School of Human Kinetics at University of Ottawa since 2012, my research interests include the effects of aging, mild cognitive impairment and the impact of different modalities intervention on postural balance, the risk of falling and mobility. My research program in Parkinson’s disease involves the role of mild cognitive impairment on disorders of posture and locomotion. My research aims to develop innovative tools to explain the mechanisms involved in the risk for falls and mobility.
