Parisa Rezaiefar

Biography

Dr. Parisa Rezaiefar is a family physician, cares for patients and teaches learners three days a week at Bruyère University Family Medicine Centre. She has held a full-time geographic position (GFT) as an Assistant Professor (Clinical Teacher Stream) in the Department of Family Medicine (DFM) at the University of Ottawa for the past seven years. Passionate about medical education and focuses on simulation and technology to teach and evaluate skills in ambulatory procedures in women’s health. Dr. Parisa Rezaiefar has just been awarded a three-year HRT 2020 Innovation Support Award at the University of Ottawa for a research program in medical education.
