Stefan de Laplante

Biography

Dr. Stefan de Laplante received his MD from the University of Ottawa and subsequently completed his residency in family medicine at the same institution. A Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada since 2013, Dr. de Laplante is also a lecturer in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Ottawa. He is an active member of Francophone Affairs at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ottawa and has a special interest in medical education. Among other things, he is currently in charge of the integration unit, Francophone component, in undergraduate medical studies and clinical preceptor for medical students and residents. Dr. de Laplante is interested in clerkship preparation and transition to the clerkship.
