Sylvain Boet

Biography

Sylvain Boet is an anesthesiologist and specialist in hyperbaric medicine. He also holds a Doctorate in Education Sciences. He is an Associate Professor at The Ottawa Hospital, affiliated with the Department of Anesthesia and Pain, the Department for Innovation in Medical Education at the Ottawa Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa.  He has published over 90 articles and has received numerous research grants. His research interests are in medical education and clinical practice improvement with a focus on soft skills and teamwork in acute care.
